The price includes a €200 deposit, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, water and use of the sauna (excluding electricity costs).
Electricity is charged according to consumption and currently costs NOK 3.00/kWh (as of November 2023)
A maximum occupancy of 8 to 9 people is planned for the holiday home, whereby we recommend a maximum of 8 people.
What cancellation conditions apply?
Extract from our GTC:4 Cancellation
The customer can withdraw from the rental contract at any time (cancellation). Cancellation must be made in writing (letter or email).
In the event of cancellation, the customer must pay the following cancellation costs:
4.1 From the day of receipt of payment of the deposit by the tenant until the 121st day before the start of the rental period, €35 processing fee
4.2 From the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental period, the amount of the deposit (but at least €35)
4.3 From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the total price (excluding deposit and extras)
4.4 From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the total price (excluding deposit and extras)
4.5 Less than 8 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the total price (excluding deposit and extras)
The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. Amounts already paid will be charged.
A replacement person who enters into the existing contract under the agreed conditions can be provided by the tenant. A written notification with the name, place of residence and contact details (e-mail and mobile phone number) of the replacement person is sufficient for this purpose.
Travel cancellation insurance is not part of the contract and must be taken out by the tenant.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! Please note that most insurers will only accept this if it is taken out within one week of the booking being confirmed.
The key is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home and can be collected by the tenant without anyone having to be on site (safe). This means that you are completely independent of the key handover when it comes to planning your arrival time.
Unless otherwise agreed, you may arrive from 16:00 and must depart by 11:00. The chalet service needs the time in between to prepare the chalet for the next guests.
