The house has two floors, which are connected by a small, steep staircase.

There are two bedrooms and a large open-plan multi-purpose room on the upper floor. The maximum headroom there is 1.90 metres.

On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna as well as a guest WC.
The large living area consists of a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. From here there are two entrances to the wooden terrace.
