Some tips on how to get to the holiday resort of Vrådal!

There are several ways to travel to Norway from Germany. You can either travel with a ferry from Germany or Denmark, or drive to Norway via Denmark and Sweden.

Ferries from Germany:

1. Kiel - Oslo
   The Color Line ferry runs from Kiel to Oslo every day. Departure is at 2:00 p.m. and arrival the next morning at 10:00 a.m.
   From Oslo, it is about 200 km to Vrådal and takes three hours to drive.

Ferries from Denmark:

1. Kopenhagen - Oslo
   The DFDS ferry runs from Copenhagen to Oslo every day. Departure is between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. (depending on the day of the week and time of year) and arrival the next morning at 10:00 a.m.
   From Oslo it is about 200 km to Vrådal and takes three hours to drive.
2. Frederikshavn - Oslo
   In high season, the ferry line DFDS runs from Frederikshavn to Oslo. Departure is 11:55 p.m. and arrival the next morning at 10:00 a.m.

3. Hirtshals - Kristiansand
   Every day, the Color Line ferry runs twice from Hirtshals to Kristiansand. Departure is at 12:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m., arrival at 3:30 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.
   From Kristiansand it is approx. 180 km to Vrådal with a driving time of 2.75 hours.
   The Fjord Line ferry runs two to four times a day from Hirtshals to Kristiansand, depending on the season. Departure times vary depending on the season.
   
   
4. Hirtshals - Larvik
   Every day, the Color Line ferry runs twice from Hirtshals to Larvik. Departure is at 12:45 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., arrival at 4:30 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the next day.
   From Larvik it is approx. 140 km to Vrådal with a driving time of 2.25 hours.
