Booking Terms & Conditions

📋 Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund: Up to 60 days before arrival
  • 50% refund: 30–60 days before arrival
  • 0% refund: Less than 30 days before arrival
  • Payment plan: 30% deposit, balance due 30 days before arrival

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00
  • Check-out: Until 11:00
  • Early check-in: On request, no charge (from 12:00)
  • Late check-out: On request, no charge (until 14:00)

💰 Discount Rates

  • Last-minute: 15% from 14 days before arrival
  • Early bird: 10% up to 6 months in advance
  • 7–13 nights: 15% discount
  • 14–29 nights: 20% discount
  • 30+ nights: 30% discount

  • Smoking outside only
  • Quiet hours: From 22:00 onwards
  • Deposit 4,000 NOK against damages

Up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1–2 beds. A cot for infants (up to approx. 3 years) is available free of charge.
Yes, the sauna is included free of charge and available for unlimited use. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring or in the evening.
Yes, free WiFi is included! From Q3 2026, we're upgrading to mobile broadband, so it will be even faster and more reliable.
Just 150 metres away! The lake is perfect for swimming in summer, boating, and nature photography. In winter, you can sometimes even walk on the frozen lake.
Yes, free parking is available directly at the house for 2–3 vehicles. Additional parking is available nearby – just ask at check-in for details.
Professional cleaning is included in the price! You just need to leave the house clean and tidy:
